2 to 2 1/2
lbs. boneless steak, cut in small pieces
1 tsp ginger
1 Tbs sugar
2 Tbs oil
1/2 cup soy sauce
1 garlic clove, crushed
Combine
all ingredients and pour over steak. Cook on low 4 to 6 hours
in crockpot. Serve over rice.
